One for those who like a complicated cocktail build, our rhubarb tonic water cocktail will test your skills and of course, taste incredible! Our Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic Water pairs perfectly with heavy notes of cinnamon.

Ingredients

40ml Bourbon
20ml Port
Dash of Chocolate Bitters
Dash of Orange Bitters
5ml Vanilla Sugar Syrup
Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic Water

Build in a rocks glass over a single block of ice. Garnish with orange peel and a stick of cinnamon. Served under a cloche filled with cinnamon and hickory smoke.
