Earl Grey Tea Syrup:
Ingredients:
200g Granulated Sugar
250g Water
15g Earl Grey Tea LeavesMethod:
- Heat the water in a saucepan until warm but not boiling.
 - Add the Earl Grey tea leaves and let steep for 5 minutes.
 - Strain the tea leaves out using a fine strainer, then return the liquid to low heat.
 - Add the granulated sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
 - Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to an airtight bottle.
 - Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Add all ingredients to a chilled Copa glass over cubed ice.
