30ml Calvados
20ml Whiskey
5ml Spiced Syrup

Fill a highball glass with ice then add calvados, whiskey, spiced syrup, and Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda. Gently stir and garnish with apple and star anise to serve.
