Our Smoky Rosa delivers a captivating medley of smoky, floral, and citrus flavours, creating a cocktail that’s as bold as it is elegant. Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda gives the cocktail a tangy bite that perfectly compliments the smoky Mezcal.

Ingredients

Serves 1

110ml Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda, or enough to top
45ml Mezcal
30ml Rose Vermouth
10ml Lime Juice
5ml Agave Syrup
Grapefruit (to garnish)
Star Anise (to garnish)
Thyme (to garnish)

Fill a highball glass with ice then add mezcal, rose vermouth, lime juice, agave syrup and Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda. Gently stir and garnish with grapefruit twirl.
