Northern Mule
With Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
A Franklin & Sons twist on a classic-style cocktail. Remarkably refreshing for summer, using Gin instead of the traditional vodka and making it a little light using Mandarin & Ginger Soda.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Spirit of Manchester Gin
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Ginger Syrup
- 120ml Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients (excluding the soda) into a mule mug, add ice, and top with Mandarin & Ginger Soda. Gently stir to mix and garnish with a sprig of mint and crystallised ginger cubes.
