Mediterranean Spritz
With Franklin & Sons Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic Water
A summer spritz with a Franklin & Sons twist…The deep and aromatic flavours from our Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic, paired with Cocchi Di Torino Vermouth and prosecco creates a sparkling cocktail for summer sipping. Find me at Pub in The Park.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Cocchi Di Torino Vermouth
- 50ml Prosecco
- 100ml Franklin & Sons Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic Water, or enough to top up
- Sprig of Rosemary, to garnish
- Slice of Orange, to garnish
Method:
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add the vermouth and prosecco, then top up with Franklin & Sons Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic Water. Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of orange to serve.
