INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Manchester Gin
- 30ml Italicus
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Foamee Aquafaba
- 150ml Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
METHOD
Add ice to a cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients (excluding the soda), shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with pineapple leaves.
