Max Van Helvoit - Freelance Bartender
Hi, my name is Max van Helvoirt, 30 years old and i’m a freelance cocktail bartender from the Netherlands. Café ‘t Spykerke, the place where it all started for me when I was 14 years old. I started working in this bar that runs in the family since 1964. After that I went on working in different cocktail bars and restaurants and back in 2015 I started my own company called ‘The Cocktail Shaker’. With that we deliver cocktail bars for private and corporate events and we organize cocktail workshops and trainings for the hospitality industry.
