Ingredients:
- 50ml Tequila
- 15ml Grapefruit Cordial
- 135ml Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
- Grapefruit Wedge (to garnish)
- Thyme (to garnish)
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice, then tequila, grapefruit cordial, Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger soda. Gently stir and garnish with a grapefruit wedge & thyme to serve.
