- 30ml Calvados
- 20ml Whiskey
- 5ml Spiced Syrup
- 145ml Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda, or enough to top
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice then add calvados, whiskey, spiced syrup, and Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda. Gently stir and garnish with apple and star anise to serve.
