Rhubarb & Rose Spritz
With Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic Water
Rhubarb and rose is a classic combination that has long stood the test of time. This spritz is elevated with the addition of hibiscus in our tonic, just to add a touch of floral, zesty complexity.
Ingredients
- 30ml Bosford Rose Gin
- 50ml Prosecco
- 20ml Fresh Pressed Apple
- 50ml Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic Water
- Slice of Apple (to garnish)
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add all the ingredients. Gently stir and top with more ice if required. Garnish with a slice of apple to serve.
