Bergamot Spritz
With Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water
A refreshing and fragrant spritz cocktail that is perfect for warm day summer sipping. This spritz harmoniously pairs citrus and floral notes to create a new twist on a classic spritz.
Ingredients
- 45ml Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto
- 50ml White Wine
- 5ml Fresh Lemon
- 50ml Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water
- Sprig of Thyme (to garnish)
- Slice of Lemon to garnish)
Method
Fill a wine glass with ice, then add all the ingredients. Gently stir and top with more ice if required. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a slice of lemon to serve.
