Lemon Drop Collins
With Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water
This Christmas cocktail is perfect for those who love lemon and almond flavours, the flavours balance in this drink to create a remarkable Christmas serve for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Broken Clock Vodka
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Egg White or Aquafaba
- 5ml Amaretto Disaronno
- 150ml Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water
METHOD
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (excluding the Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water). Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass and pour in the Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water at the same time. Garnish with a Panettone slice.
