With Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda

INGREDIENTS:
- 40ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
- 20ml Martini Ambrato Smoke Infused
- Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda
METHOD
Create a white chocolate rim on the glass beforehand. Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass, including the Pink Grapefruit Soda. Give the drink a gentle stir with a bar spoon and place an ice block into the glass.
